EQ (Emotional Quotient): emotional agility, range, capacity of feelings and emotions + embodiment of sensations via brain-body connections processing sequencing

CQ (Communication Quotient): communication preference/ verbal and nonverbal cues when communicating with oneself + the external world

BQ (Body Quotient): Attunement to the body’s messaging and connection with the senses, including sleep, digestion, breathing, circulation, and injuries. connection of the brain, body, and emotions down to the cellular function

TQ (Trauma Quotient): your inner self that has unresolved imprints on your being. Trauma is an unresolved stress response imprinted in your body. Tracking subconscious and unconscious reactions* by marking them to uncover the desired conscious reactions

Each of the 5 Qs is ruled by either a defensive or curious sense. Then behaviors, patterns, + habits are stacked onto it, informing how you relate to yourself and your environment. They are either toxic or nourishing. There are 5 main types of toxicity that affect your systems: Emotional / Chemical / Biological /Physical / Radiation.

By noticing the input and out put of these toxins you can create more relief +emotional agility in your daily interactions by engaging in healthy stress activation releases. Building this capacity you can uncover areas of your life, you would like to feel less stress, anxiety , fears and blockages holding you back. By Self regulation or co- regulation.
